Body language is our first way of relating with the world, yet it is often the one we lose touch with the most. With our fast paced lifestyles, it's easy to be in our head and less aware of our inner landscape. 

Somatic therapy is an invitation to bring our focus inward as a way to connect to ourselves and understand ourselves from a full bodied, holistic perspective.

Somatic therapy is a holistic and body-centered approach that focuses on the interconnection between the body and mind.

By slowing down and exploring the connection between our nervous system, emotions, and physical sensations, somatic therapy allows us to access a deeper knowing, uncovering layers of ourself that might not be reachable through words alone.

 

This embodied process empowers you to reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom and tap into its innate capacity to restore balance, fostering a deeper sense of wellbeing within yourself and your relationships.

I practice somatic therapy from a relational perspective, supporting my clients in reconnecting with their bodies and thriving in all dimensions of their relationships.
